Keep Your Friends Close And Your Towels Closer
Keep Your Friends Close And Your Towels Closer is inspired by all the times I daydreamed in front of a mirror in my childhood and teenage years, whilst imagining my towel as a dress/outfit.
It was made in London, and Liverpool where we moved suddenly. At the time I felt a bit lost, and could only really think about having a baby so I made this work for a bit of fun as it wasn't very personal and I felt unable to talk openly about my wants through my work.
