I've figured it out. I had my suspicions for a while but finally internet searched it yesterday. 'Peanut butter bad for spots'. Yes. I've been eating it most days for the last 2 years or more, but recently I switched to the smooth version as the crunchy one is bad for my teeth. So I've been eating a lot more of it. I have a kilo and a half of it left in my cupboard. You should eat 1 or 2 tablespoons maximum a day but I'm going to leave it a while before touching it again. I'm going to try almond butter instead and put it on a plate instead of eating it straight from the tub. This is such a boring post.
